This is a very straight forward task. By now you know if you are installing air conditioning. If so, you are going to use the off set described in the manual to place the tray closer to the driver's side. You want to make sure that when you eye ball the tray location so it clears the steering rack and cross members. You need to think about how the battery will be changed and/or installed. Due to space and weight considerations, I will be installing an AGM style battery.
